Didn't go out this morning as joy of joys i woke up to a blanket of fog currently covering Upminster and surrounding areas, therefore no birding as i can't be bothered to stand around for 2 hours in the bloody mist.
Am currently sitting indoors before i go to work watching our hapless cricket team trying to bowl out india with one front line spinner and a part time spinner and a seemingly inadequate pace attack.Sounds familiar from last night when i watched Englands hapless Football team lose 4-2 to Sweden.Oh joy,we have another wicket,a spinner has taken the 3rd wicket while another spinner sits on the bench despite us constantly going to India, moaning that we should of played an extra spinner every time and what do we do,not play the extra spinner, although the spinners seem to get the wickets, you get my drift.
As for last nights football, please don't tell me Ibrahimovic scored a wonder goal, yes he meant it but it was a fluke.
Anyway, off to work in an hour or so,may watch the feeders before i go,and when i get to Heathrow i should have 3 or 4 hours to go birdwatching locally,if anyone knows a good site apart from the reservoirs, let me know, will be able to access any messages all day, would like to go to a country park somewhere to get some photos or a similar reserve, all ideas will be greatly received.
